11/5/24 – For sale is a Winchester Model 1894 Carbine “Illinois Sesquicentennial” Edition. The rifle was to commemorate the 150 year anniversary of Illinois. The receiver and metal have a nice dark, blued finish but the receiver has oxidation marks on both sides. The left side of the receiver has “Land of Lincoln” and a portrait of Abraham Lincon. The wood furniture is in excellent condition with no breaks or cracks but there is a fairly deep scratch next to the medallion. The bore is mirror bright with excellent rifling.
