10/18/23 – Original and very good condition. This scarce luger holster was produced in 1926 for the new Simson Lugers. Maker and date stamped under the lid on the interior rear of the holster. Also stamped with the droop eagle WaA18 proof stamp. These holsters were manufactured with a cleaning rod holder near the tool pouch, however this example is missing the loop that would secure the rod. Also, the tool pouch has a few loose threads, but it is secure. One belt loop has a stitching repair. Otherwise, all stitching is intact. This is a great example of a fairly scarce holster.
