12/29/22 – This is a scarce Saginaw Gear M1 carbine that was made at the Grand Rapids plant in 1943. A full parts guide is included in the photos of the listing. The rifle is 100% correct aside from some of the small parts in the trigger housing. The stock is an original Saginaw example but there is a RIA re-work mark on the left side, and the metal has been re-parkerized. Strong, shiny bore. Stock has a few dings but no cracks. Comes with canvas sling.
