4/5/22 – This is a very nice example of a rare Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. It is all matching and has the correct police “Eagle F” proof on the left side of the frame. It has retained about 93-94% of its original finish. The wear is mostly concentrated around the high edges in general. While there isn’t a ton of actual finish loss, there is light brown patina visible under the finish of most of the gun. A few small dots of oxidation here and there. We believe the grips to be reproduction. Comes with a period-correct magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
