8/29/23 – This is a WW1 era Portuguese M1886 Kropatschek Bayonet. The bayonet comes with an original scabbard and is in good overall condition. The sword-style blade measures 47cm long and has browning patina throughout. This is natural aging however, and the edge is in good shape with no signs of abuse or sharpening. The base of the blade is maker stamped with a small proof over “WG”. The hand guard and pommel have dark brown patina throughout. The wood grips are excellent. Comes with an original metal scabbard that’s serial numbered and in great overall condition.
