8/23/24 – This is a scarce, near mint example of a Smith & Wesson Military & Police Target Model 1905. The Model 1905 was produced between 1915 and 1942, with this particular 1920s example being the very scarce and highly desirable target variation, with pinned blade front sights, adjustable square notch rear sights, and square butt frame. Matching serial numbers on butt, barrel, cylinder and right grip panel, and assembly number “14724” on the crane and frame. This gun is in truly pristine condition, with almost zero wear to note aside from a very slight roll mark on the cylinder. Bore is stone mint, and grips are immaculate. Comes with the original factory box that is also serialized and numbered to the gun. End Label is intact.
