8/30/21 – This is a very interesting Mauser HSC holster. It is maker-marked, dated 1944, and has a Nazi waffen proof on the closure strap. There is, however, a GECO retailer marking stamped overtop of the waffen proof. We would assume the Nazi military had it first and was then sold in the commercial market, but we can’t say for sure. Overall, it is in very nice condition. The leather is soft and workable and the stitching is intact. Very light scratches and handling marks throughout. Some very light cracking on the stop flap.
