1/15/24 – This is an excellent example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military toward the end of WW2. It has late-war features, such as peep-style rear sight and a wooden butt plate. It is all matching and has a completely intact Imperial mum stamp on the receiver. The metal parts have retained nearly all of their finish. The wood furniture is excellent with below-average signs of wear and use. Mint bore.
