5/25/23 – This is an excellent example of an Italian Bernardelli Baby Vest Pocket pistol chambered in .22 long. From the “XXI” Italian date code, it was manufactured in 1965. The gun is all matching and has the proper Italian proofs. The gun has retained about 98% of its bluing, with most of the finish loss concentrated at the top of the barrel, likely due to the open-top slide design. A couple areas of wear at the top of the slide, and some very minor muzzle wear. The bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there is some frost in the grooves. Comes with excellent period-correct black plastic grips.
