7/21/22 – This is an excellent example of an original Japanese Arisaka Type 99 from WW2. All numbered parts of the rifle are matching except for the cocking knob and dust cover. The dust cover is only 11 digits off though. The receiver has full mum intact and the rifle has excellent bluing overall, with minor areas of oxidation but minimal bluing wear. Has the original monopod and anti-aircraft sights. Minty bore, looks like it hasn’t been used much. Many dings and nicks on the stock but no structural issues.
