3/3/22 – This is an excellent example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 359” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. This one also comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. The gun has retained about 95% of its original finish. There are areas of minor somewhat spotty wear on the right side of the slide and on the front strap. Very minor wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. A streak of light wear in the ejection port. There are some light scuffs on the left side of the slide, around the safety lever. Comes with excellent period-correct bakelite grips. The bore is shiny with very strong rifling and areas of very light freckling here and there. De-cocker is functional.
