2/1/22 – This is an excellent example of a Gustloff Werke K98 rifle issued to the Nazi military in 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper waffen military proofs throughout. The stock is not numbered but is labeled “C” and is waffen-proofed. The gun is in excellent condition, retaining most of its bluing. There are just some light scuffs around the muzzle, a few small dots of wear on the barrel and front barrel band, and a few light scratches on the floor plate/trigger group. The stock is excellent with only minor dings, dents, and scratches here and there. Some spotty oxidation on the butt plate. The bore is stone-mint. The gun comes with an original cleaning rod and leather sling.
