4/1/21 – This is a rare and especially nice example of the Everitt Knuckle knife & sheath from the World War II era. It is believed these knives were used by US soldiers during WW2 as a trench knife in the Pacific theater, but this isn’t confirmed. The handles were finished with either black or green enamel paint, and this one is obviously green. The blades were painted black. This example is nearly as nice as you’ll find them, with just a bit of finish loss on the blade and bits of edge wear on the handle. Original sheath is in great condition with some mild signs of aging and no markings or stamps.
