3/4/22 – This is a beautiful example of a Mauser HSC issued to the Nazi police force in 1942. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Eagle L” police proof on the left side of the trigger guard. The gun has retained about 98% of its finish. Most of the finish loss comes in the form of very minor thinning on the grip straps (where there is also some tiny freckling), so the profile views are near-mint. Just a hint of wear around the muzzle. Comes with excellent period-correct wood grips and a post-war magazine. The bore is stone-mint.
