7/21/22 – This is an original WW1 Artillery Luger shoulder stock with the original leather harness still attached. The “harness” includes all the leather fittings shown in photos. The leather shoulder sling is in good condition and completely intact despite some areas of surface cracking and wrinkling. The strap is maker stamped and 1917 dated, which is fairly scarce. The leather cup is in good condition but the stitching is loose and missing around the top of the cup. This is normal and doesn’t affect functinoality (the cup is still intact). The wood stock is in excellent condition with an Imperial proof stamp on the back of the wood as shown. The metal base still has most of the original blued finish intact, and is serial numbered “8444b”.
