9/25/20 – This is a minty Smith & Wesson Model 59 that was manufactured in 1973 and includes the original box, paperwork, cleaning rod and S&W factory letter. The letter comes from S&W historian Roy Jinks and states that it was sipped to Cheshire & Prez in Monrovia, CA in April of 1973. It has a blued finish, 4 inch barrel, 14 round magazine and black nylon grips. It was later sold to an ATF Agent (Bob Roberts). The gun is all original and looks like new, with just a tiny spot of wear on the trigger guard. Minty bore and grips. This model was popular with law enforcement agencies across the US in the 1970s.
