11/14/23 – This is an excellent condition Remington 03-A3 made in 1943. The rifle is all original with an arsenal stamped stock. The stock has no cracks, chips, or issues other than the faint inspector stamp. The “FJA” rectangular stamp is faint, yet visible, as well as the cartouche stamp and the “RRA”. We believe these “RA” stamps are from the Raritan Arsenal. The underside shows double stamp inspection “P” proof, as well as arsenal stamps in front of the magazine cover. The receiver and barrel are in excellent condition with no notable flaws. The muzzle is stamped with “RA 6-43” and flaming bomb. The bore matches the rest of the rifle condition with no notable wear and rates a strong 8 of 10.
