6/14/24 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1937. All matching with the proper “Eagle 63” military proofs. This is a first variation example with straw-colored small parts. It comes as a rig with an excellent 1937-dated holster, an “Eagle 63” tool, and two mismatched “Eagle 63” magazines. The bluing on the gun rates about 93%. There is general high edge and muzzle wear and a light streak of wear on the back strap. Fitted with matching-numbered wood grips – they look like they may have been re-numbered to match. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
