8/9/23 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1936. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 63” military acceptance proofs. It has retained roughly 80-85% of its original finish. There are areas of thinning and light spotty oxidation along the barrel and on both grip straps. Minor wear around the muzzle and high edges in general. A few small dots of wear on the left side of the frame. Pin-pricking on the grip straps. A few tiny dings in the metal where the chamber meets the barrel. Fitted with excellent un-numbered wood grips. Right grip panel shifts very slightly when gripped. Comes with a mismatched “Eagle 63” proofed magazine. Very nice bore with great rifling.
