1/27/21 – This is a WW1 production trench fighting knife made by L.F.&C. in 1918. Comes with a sheath in seldom seen condition. The sheath still has both of the original hooks in tact, and is strongly stamped with a maker and date stamp. There’s browning patina and discoloration throughout, but that’s expected from these 100+ year old knives. The blade is in great shape considering its’ age and doesn’t show signs of sharpening. The handle still has some faint remnants of the original black finish.
