3/23/22 – This is a nice example of an Enfield SMLE III* from 1917. Matching numbers on receiver, bolt and magazine, though the magazine shows re-numbering. Nice bluing on the metal parts throughout but some oxidation on most surfaces. A few scratches and dings in the stock and handguard but no major defects. Bore has decent rifling but shows some smoothing and also frost throughout the grooves. Import mark on right side of receiver.
