4/6/23 – This is a rare 1st year of production, 1912 dated holster for a M1911 Colt pistol. The holster is in great condition and complete with attached belt hooks and swivel. The leather hanger is maker stamped “R.I.A.” and dated. There’s some light surface cracking along the right side of the holster (when looking at the front), but all of the leather is original and intact. The leather is soft from age and previous use, but there’s no excessive wear. Strong, crisp US stamp on the front leather. The original leg strap is still attached and in great shape as well. All original stitching is intact. A very hard to find example!
