2/27/23 – This is a very early production numbered P.38 magazine. The magazine is stamped on the left side of the tube with serial number 7503. This style numbering is found with Mod HP and AC No Date P.38 pistols. The spine has two eagle 359 military proof stamps. Unfortunately the base and internals of this magazine are replacement and not early style originals (they should be waffen proofed and they’re not). The price is reduced accordingly. The tube has some mild surface patina and thinning, especially on the left side of the magazine. There is some very minor prickling at the top of the spine. However, there are no signs of rust throughout the magazine. The spring is strong, smooth, and fully functional.
