6/26/24- This is an original WW1 era production M1916 leather holster for a M1911 pistol. The holster is in good overall condition with all original leather and stitching. The holster has some surface wrinkling and minor cracking throughout. There is a small hole/slit on the top edge of the closure flap that passes all the way through. The inside is clean other a couple spots of mold and Verdigris. Maker marked and dated on the backside with the US marking on the front. Original brass fixtures and all original stitching intact. Good pliability.
