10/29/24 – This is a very nice Sauer 38h issued to the German Army during WW2. All matching with a high polish finish and the proper “Eagle 37” military acceptance proof on the trigger guard. It comes as a rig with one proper magazine and a very nice 1940-dated Genschow holster (faint “Sauer” ink stamp on the inside). The gun’s original finish rates about 95-96%. Nearly all of the wear is on the back strap. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Minty bore.
