10/15/2024 – This is an original 1939 dated Luger holster from WW2. The leather on this holster is in overall great condition and is still pliable and maintains a great deep dark brown finish. The Leather does have wear such as small abrasion marks and pressure marks, that are common with age. There is one cut in the leather near the toe of the magazine, but this cut is surface level, and does not go through the holster. T The back of the holster is maker marked ” Voegels Koln ” as well as waffen stamped “WaA387” and date stamped “1939”. All of these stamps are faint, but are slightly visible. Additionally, there is a name on the back of the holster, but this too is very faint. The stitching is original and intact.
