11/19/24 – This is an excellent example of a Winchester Model 97 riot shotgun that was manufactured in 1925. All matching but has no “US” property or military markings. 18.5 inch barrel, 14.25 inch LOP. The gun’s bluing rates about 93-94% with minor high edge wear, some light scratches on the receiver, and some more noticeable scratching on the underside of the barrel from the magazine locking pin. Excellent wood furniture with just a couple of light marks and scratches. Excellent, shiny bore.
