12/4/24 – For sale is a very nice Type 99 Arisaka made at the Nagoya Arsenal and falls under the 4th series. The bluing is in great condition overall with spotting of oxidation throughout. The receiver retains its full Imperial Mum. The stock is structurally sound with dings and nicks throughout. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, extractor, and bayonet lug. The safety cap is stiff and have not checked the safety knob or firing pin. The dust cover is for a Type 38. The bore is bright with good rifling. There is a small chip at the crown of the chrome lining. The monopod is original and properly proofed. Rifle comes with an original leather sling.
