6/26/24 – This is a nice example of a Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1942. This one has a lightweight duraluminum frame. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle N” proofs. While there isn’t a ton of actual finish loss, there is light spotty oxidation along both sides of the slide and a few small marks on the front strap. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with a black bakelite bottom box magazine (hairline crack in the base). Minty bore.
