9/13/24 – This is a nice example of a scarce, transitional Walther Model 2/5 from about 1915. It is in the correct serial range for this variation and is identified as having characteristics of both models, as the Model 2 transitioned to the Model 5. Its original finish rates about 90% with general minor thinning and light brown patina throughout. Fitted with very nice period-correct grips and comes with an un-marked magazine. Excellent bore.
