10/25/24 – For sale is a nice Sauer Model 1926 export pistol. The pistol retains a lot of its original bluing but it is well worn, mainly on the frame and the right side of the slide. The grip panel are in good condition with wear on the edges. There are spotting of oxidation and prickling of pitting on the frame on both sides and on the front & back of the grip. The bore is bright with great rifling but there looks to be oxidation freckling in the rifling. The pistol is matching throughout by assembly number.
