12/3/24 – This is a nice example of a Mauser C96 issued to the Imperial German military during WW1. Chambered in 7.63mm. It is mostly matching, but the slide and bolt stop are mismatched. Imperial military proof on the right side of the slide. We believe the gun has an old re-blued finish with just minor high edge wear. Excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore shows minor pitting throughout. The hammer does not stay back when cocked manually.
