3/11/24 – This is a Colt New Service Revolver from 1905. Chambered in .44 Caliber with a 7.5 inch barrel. The finish rates roughly 85% of its finish with spotty wear, discoloration, and patina throughout. Some areas have been touched up with cold-blue. Areas of pin-pricking on both sides of the frame and on the cylinder. Fitted with black hard rubber grips – small chip on the right side. Most of the bore has good rifling, but there is a significant area of noticeable pitting.
