6/17/24 – This is an 1890 Tula Arsenal-made S&W No. 3 Revolver, chambered in .44 Russian. It is all matching with the proper Cyrillic markings and Russian proofs. “Crown M” marking on the right side of the barrel. Double-headed Eagle Russian seals. The entire gun has been professionally restored and refinished, so there is essentially no finish loss. The small parts have a really nice fire-blue. There are some small pits under the bluing here and there. Fitted with period-correct wood grips – not numbered. The bore has decent rifling, but there are spots of minor pitting throughout. Fully functional. No FFL required.
