5/6/24 – This is a 1911 pistol put together from parts. It has a WWI-era Colt slide, a 1970’s-era Colt Government Model slide, a modern barrel, and several replaced small parts. The slide is marked .38 Super, but the barrel is chambered in 9mm Luger. The finish rates roughly 65%. There is obvious wear throughout, but most of the finish loss is on the frame. Fitted with modern wood grips (hairline crack on the left side) and comes with a Colt .38 Super magazine. Minty bore. Since it is a custom put-together, you may want to have this gun checked out by a gunsmith before firing.
