11/25/24 – This is a very good example of a WW2 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger. The dagger has a very good condition blade that shows mild surface patina and light scabbard rub wear. Visible cross graining throughout and no signs of sharpening along the edges. The blade tip does have a small bend in it. The blade is maker marked by Alcoso. The hand guard and pommel have typical surface patina and age but no major issues. The handle has some light surface wear and some cracks, but is still complete. The cord wrapping the handle is excellent. Comes with an original scabbard that shows mild surface patina and oxidation. The scabbard has a few dents towards the bottom, but these do not interfere with the functionality of the scabbard.
