8/18/23 – This is an original WW2 Mosin-Nagant spike bayonet that was captured by the German military. This is indicated by the metal scabbard and leather frog that has an olive green paint. This style scabbard was made and used by the Germans during WW2. The bayonet is in great overall condition with some dark surface patina throughout. The scabbard has light surface wear and typical signs of aging and use, but no major issues. A cool piece of WW2 history.
