10/22/24 – This is a nice example of a rare Mauser Banner Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1940. It is all matching and has a police “Eagle C” proof on the right side of the slide. This is a rare variation, as they only made about 2,400 of this configuration. This one also has an added police sear safety and two matching-numbered magazines. One appears to be original, and the other is likely force-matched. We believe the gun has been restored, and some of the markings may have been reapplied. Very little finish loss, just some light scratches on the left side of the frame and on the grip straps. A few tiny dings on the front strap as well. Comes with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
