9/24/24 – This is an original WW2 US Navy Diver’s Knife with an original weighted scabbard. There’s no markings or stamps on the blade or scabbard, as shown. The blade has honest surface patina and dark discoloration throughout – showing it’s natural age. The straight edge looks to have very light sharpening. Handle has two small splits as well general color fading but is still well attached to the knife tang. The scabbard has a light patina throughout with no major issues and screws into the knife with no problem. There is what looks to be an original part of the belt hanger still attached to the scabbard. A nice example with some honest wear throughout.
