7/26/17 – This is an original WW2 era SA Dagger, complete with original scabbard and hanger. The hanger is origianl WW2 style with a very nice leather strap. The scabbard has some surface wear throughout, but most of the orgiinal brown paint is in tact. The blade is excellent with “Alles fur Deutschland” inscribed on one side, and a “Kaufmann & Sohne” maker stamp on the reverse side. I’m not familiar with this maker, so perhaps this one is rare and more desirable? Either way, the blade only has some small pin pricking wear on either side, and overall this is a very nice piece. The handle is excellent and all original with no major issues on the wood.
