2/28/22 – This is an original pair of mid war production P.38 grips. Screw included. They are deep brown and lightweight bakelite material. Upper circle interior is stamped code 38 and the compounds classification marking Z3. The lowest circle contains a typical marking that we find only on AEG grips. The left grip is marked with P 1529 and a digit between 1 and 9 beneath. The right grip is marked with P 1528 and a digit between 1 and 9. These grips are found on P38 pistols from Walther and Mauser, as well as on the early Spreewerk P38s. No cracks or chips on these grips.
