8/28/24 – This is an excellent, near mint condition WW2 original MP44 / StG44 magazine. The magazine holds 30 rounds of 7.92x33mm kurz and has a strong, fully functional spring. The original blued finish is clean and crisp throughout with minimal high edge wear and light signs of previous use. No rust or pitting and well marked with “MP 44” stamped on one side. The other side of the tube is stamped with maker code “gqm” for Loch & Hartenberger Metallwarenfabrik. Next to the maker code is a waffen military proof stamp. The base plate is stamped “C.H.N.”. Very hard to find in this condition.
