4/3/23 – This is an original WW2 Japanese Imperial Summer Tanker’s Helmet. The helmet has a semi-soft shell and a canvas exterior. Excellent overall condition with a clean exterior and a Japanese star on the front. Clean stitching throughout. The interior liner is clean as well, also in excellent condition. The interior shell is ink stamped with Japanese characters as shown. There are three total ink stamps. Original leather chinstrap is in excellent condition. A very nice, high end example.
