7/5/24 – This is a WW2 German General Assault Badge. The badge measures ~42mm wide and ~52mm tall. The badge is made from silvered zinc with a hollowed interior. The badge exterior has natural age patina and high edge wear throughout, but great visible details. The reverse shows slight discoloration and a barrel hinge pin. The pin hook is bent, so not currently functional, and the dark stains near the hinge and hook indicate this was likely repaired. Price reduced accordingly.
