7/5/23 – This is a WW2 German Fireman’s Dress / Parade Axe. The Axe measures approximately 14 inches long and the head is approximately 5.5 inches wide. The steel head of the axe has some mild surface oxidation and speckling patina throughout. There’s a small chip in the edge as well. The wood handle is painted black and in great condition. The toe / base of the axe handle has mild patina and discoloration from age. There are no markings or stamps.
