7/18/17 – This is an original WW2 era production engraved bayonet. The bayonet is a “dress” style, meaning this was used in parades and on non-combat dress uniforms. The bayonet is just under 14 inches overall, and the blade edge is 7 inches long. The blade is shiny and in near mint condition. One side of the blade is engraved with a German eagle. The engraving is period correct, and guaranteed original. The handle is in tact and excellent. Guaranteed original and authentic.
