8/30/23 – This is an original Finnish M1927 rifle bayonet. These were mostly used with M/27 Mosin-Nagant Rifles during WW2. The bayonet comes with an original scabbard and is great overall condition. The blade is maker marked “Fiskars” on one side of the base, and has light surface patina throughout. There are two small nicks along the edge from use. No signs of re-sharpening. The cross guard and hilt of the bayonet has mild patina, and the spine of the hilt is serial numbered. The wood grips are original and excellent. The scabbard is in great condition with some mild patina and a few small dings and imperfections but no major issues.
