6/20/24 – This is an original WW1 German M1916 Helmet Shell. The helmet is in great condition with all original fixtures and all 3 original liner mounting rivets. The shell has natural surface patina throughout and mild aging wear but no dents or major issues. Original olive green field paint is still visible and mixed within the patina throughout the shell. The interior is maker and size stamped “E.T. 60”, as shown. No other markings. A great, straightforward field-worn example.
