2/6/23 – This is a great example of an original Luger magazine from WW1. The nickeled tube presents minor surface patina mostly on the front and back spine of the magazine, and very minor surface wear on the left side. However, there are no signs of rust or pitting throughout the magazine. The wooden magazine base is in great condition, presenting only minor signs of wear due to handling and age. The serial number is “9165” with a letter suffix underneath, and a plus sign stamped under the serial number. The letter suffix is too faint to tell with certainty which letter it is. The spring is strong, smooth, and functional.
