8/1/22 – This is an original WW1 era production Luger holster. The holster is WW1 production style, but there are no maker markings or date stamps. The brown leather is in great overall condition with normal pliability and very nice shape. The tope leather has a few small holes from shrapnel or some other sort of impact, as the leather folds in around these holes and is aged properly. The exterior has various surface scuffs and mild discoloration but a clean interior. The stitching is all original and missing around the tool pouch and a few small areas on the lid, but this doesn’t affect functionality and all of the leather is securely attached. Very nice overall condition with some honest wear and “character”.
